Welcome to Quality of Life Massage Therapy. Kristy Fuller is a UNBC alumni and graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (Halifax, NS). Kristy has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2011. In 2016 Kristy moved her practice to her home in Pineview. In this clinic space you can expect a professional, clean and relaxing environment. Kristy uses hot towels and the table is always heated to ensure your nervous system is relaxed and your tissue is gently prepared for treatment.

Treatments Available For:
Pre and post natal massage (with the use of cushioning system), strains, sprains, repetitive stress injuries, management of anxiety/depression, PTSD, whiplash, pre and post surgical support. Among other peripheral nervous system, central nervous system, systemic disorders, and orthopaedic conditions.

Techniques Most Often Used:
Fascial Work, Swedish Massage, Active Release Therapy, Stretching, etc. Patients can expect a hands on approach mostly with the use of hypoallergenic non-staining massage gel.

Blue Cross, Chamber of Commerce, Canada Life, Johnson Group Inc, Manulife Financial, and Sun Life Financial.
